Refund & Exchange Policy:

We are happy to exchange the product, offer a gift voucher for future or action a refund, withing 30 days from purchase.

*  Given that the original receipt is provided and that the product is in unused and original packaging.

*  Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

*  Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.

*  Item(s) with labeling, stickers, marking/branding from stores other than Forever Kidz will not be

    exchanged / refunded.

*  No opened boxes can be returned, exchanged or refunded.

*  No damaged boxes can be returned, exchanged or refunded.  A damaged box is any box that has

    noticeable scratches, dents, holes/tears, creases and/or any noticeable change to shape and/or

    overall integrity of the box.

Refunds will be processed in most cases in the same manner paid to Forever Kidz.

If the products prove to have a manufacturing default, we will assess the product and revert with feedback on how we can assist within 21 days of receiving the product.

LEGO NOTICE:

Forever Kidz strives to ensure that you are happy with the product you have purchased and if on reflection you decide to return your product, we will endeavor to assist you.  You may return most of our products in their new, unopened, undamaged and unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please send an email to foreverkidz6@gmail.com and we will assist you to return the goods to us.  You may incur a cost to courier the product back to us.

*  No boxes, opened with missing pieces can be exchanged.  Please follow Lego's procedure to order

    missing parts.

Missing pieces from your awesome new LEGO set...?

From LEGO: "We're really sorry to hear that something was missing from your new LEGO set.  We do

                     our best to make every set perfect and we take it very seriously when a faulty one sneaks

                     through.  Don't worry though, we can send you the parts you need!"

Here are some of the steps that you can take:

1.  Carefully check all your packets, the box and your surroundings for the missing piece/s.

2.  Contact the customer service department, toll free, on 0800 201 490.

3.  Order the missing part/s, free of charge, from LEGO.com.

Go to LEGO.COM.  Please click "Missing Bricks" on the Bricks & Pieces section of our Customer Service site to order the part you need to finish your set.

****    Enter the set number.

           Then choose the parts that are missing.

           Confirm order.

           Enter your complete details (Name, address and e-mail)

You will receive the part/s via DHL.  FREE OF CHARGE

If you can't find what you're looking for, make sure you include a complete description of the part (the part number provided in the inventory page at the back of the building instructions is useful) along with the set number.  Once your part is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation e-mail.
